Phase 1: Discovery
& Connection

Phase 2: Client Intake
& Information Gathering

(Free 30-Minute Zoom Discovery Call)

Purpose:
To understand your goals, vision, challenges, and determine the best solution for your needs.

​

Includes:

  • Complimentary 30-minute Zoom consultation

  • Discussion of your business, project goals, and timeline

  • Overview of Natif Logistics services and process

  • Initial recommendations and next steps​

 

No obligation. This call helps ensure we’re the right fit.

After the discovery call, qualified clients receive a Discovery Sheet to complete.

Forms & Documents Sent:

  • Client Discovery / Intake Form

  • Brand & Business Questionnaire

  • Content or Project Goals Worksheet

  • Access to upload logos, brand assets, or references

​

Purpose:

  • Gather detailed information about your brand, audience, and objectives

  • Clarify expectations and scope

  • Ensure accurate recommendations and pricing

Phase 3: Strategy Review
& Service Recommendations

Based on your completed discovery form, we prepare a Suggested Services Sheet tailored to your goals.

Includes:

  • Recommended service package(s)

  • Scope of work overview

  • Timeline estimate

  • Deliverables summary

  • Optional add-ons

​

This ensures clarity before moving into pricing and agreements.

Phase 4: Proposal, Quote
& Approval

Once services are confirmed, we provide formal documentation.

​

You Receive:

  • Detailed written Quote / Proposal

  • Scope of services and deliverables

  • Project timeline

  • Pricing breakdown

Clients review and approve before moving forward.

Phase 5: Contract & Invoice Issued

Upon approval, we send:

Required Documents:

  • Service Agreement / Contract

  • Invoice for Deposit

Payment Structure:

  • 50% non-refundable deposit due to begin work

  • Remaining 50% final balance due prior to delivery or launch, unless otherwise stated in writing

Work does not begin until the contract is signed and the deposit is received.

Phase 6: Onboarding & Project Kickoff

Once payment and contracts are complete, onboarding begins.

Includes:

  • Welcome & onboarding confirmation

  • Project kickoff email or call

  • Timeline review and milestones

  • Access requests (if applicable)

  • Content planning or strategy alignment

  • Scheduling of shoots, meetings, or deliverables

Phase 7: Production & Execution

Depending on your selected service, this phase

may include:

  • Content creation (photo, video, written content)

  • Strategy execution

  • Social media management

  • Website design & development

  • Campaign or branding implementation

  • Ongoing communication and updates

Clients may receive drafts, previews, or checkpoints for review when applicable.

Phase 9: Final Delivery & Payment Completion

  • Final files, access, or live links are delivered

  • Remaining balance is due before or upon final delivery

  • Project is officially closed once payment is complete

​

Late payments may pause delivery until balance is received.

Phase 8: Review, Revisions & Approval

  • Client reviews deliverables within the agreed timeframe

  • Minor revisions completed per contract terms

  • Final approval provided before release or publishing

Phase 10: Ongoing Support & Next Steps

After project completion,

clients may:

  • Continue with monthly services

  • Upgrade to additional packages

  • Book future strategy sessions

  • Referral program or partnership opportunities
