Based on your completed discovery form, we prepare a Suggested Services Sheet tailored to your goals.

This ensures clarity before moving into pricing and agreements.

Phase 4: Proposal, Quote
& Approval
Once services are confirmed, we provide formal documentation.

Clients review and approve before moving forward.

Phase 5: Contract & Invoice Issued
Upon approval, we send:

Invoice for Deposit
Payment Structure:

50% non-refundable deposit due to begin work

Remaining 50% final balance due prior to delivery or launch, unless otherwise stated in writing

Work does not begin until the contract is signed and the deposit is received.

Phase 6: Onboarding & Project Kickoff
Once payment and contracts are complete, onboarding begins.

Welcome & onboarding confirmation

Timeline review and milestones

Access requests (if applicable)

Content planning or strategy alignment

Scheduling of shoots, meetings, or deliverables
Phase 7: Production & Execution
Depending on your selected service, this phase

Ongoing communication and updates

Clients may receive drafts, previews, or checkpoints for review when applicable.

Phase 9: Final Delivery & Payment Completion

Remaining balance is due before or upon final delivery

Project is officially closed once payment is complete

Late payments may pause delivery until balance is received.

Phase 8: Review, Revisions & Approval

Client reviews deliverables within the agreed timeframe

Minor revisions completed per contract terms

Final approval provided before release or publishing

Phase 10: Ongoing Support & Next Steps
After project completion,
